NuMantra Solutions Inc. is a legal entity based in the US providing
IT application development, production support and business process
out-sourcing services to middle market Fortune 1000 companies. Our
combination of offices in the US with outsourcing operations in
India enables us to provide value added services to the client.
Our US organization functions primarily as a consulting and marketing
arm working closely with our clients in identifying & developing
out-sourcing strategies based on the client's requirements. In order
to provide an end-to-end application development out-sourcing solution,
we will extensively leverage the ERP implementation & technology
skills gained through our association with some of the major ERP
vendors. To uniquely position our services, the company has developed
several proprietary methodologies and tools that we believe will
provide our clients with a value add and cost effectiveness that
will result in a direct & measurable impact on the bottom line.
Our project specific transition & implementation plan allows
us to develop goals and deliverables within each phase to ease the
effects of transition. This combined with our training & deployment
package gives confidence to the client, in being able to achieve
the required return on investment (ROI).
In India:
Our operations in India cater to the IT enabled business process
outsourcing needs of our clients and will primarily focus on the
operational aspects of enabling the smooth transition of these services
to India. This would range from the actual set-up of the technology
& infrastructure, training & deployment of resources to
developing the appropriate quality standards & review processes.
